Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that all our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Moreover refund will depend on the individual project & service policy. In the event that a refund needs to be issued, please note:
- Processing Time: We will take up to 7-15 working days to process the refund after it is approved.
- Refund Credit: The refunded amount will typically be credited to your bank account within 10-14 working days. Please note that this timeline may vary depending on your bank.
- Payment Methods: If the original payment was made via UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking, the refund will be credited back to the same account used for the purchase.
